WHO doesn’t love DOGS and COFFEE???
It’s gonna be hard to choose which to do first…pet a few doggies, drink a cup of Roastiva coffee, adopt a few doggies, drink another cup of Roastiva coffee, foster a few doggies! We could do this for hours and hours!!

About Grand Rivers Humane Society

Grand Rivers Humane Society is an animal welfare organization that specializes in the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of cats and dogs in Grand Junction, Colorado. The organization has a cat adoption center called Kitty Korner located at 1649 Main St GJ 81501, which is open seven days a week from 10 am to 1 pm. In addition to the cat adoption center, the organization works with Mesa County Animal Services (MCAS) and foster homes to care for dogs. Unlike cats, the organization does not have a shelter for dogs. Grand Rivers Humane Society was founded in 2005 with the goal of ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable cats and dogs at MCAS. The organization works closely with MCAS and almost all of its dogs come from there. It also takes in cats and dogs with medical and behavioral issues, rehabilitates them, pays for their medical expenses, and finds them loving homes. The organization’s dedicated volunteers and staff successfully adopted the most dogs of any Grand Junction rescue in 2020 and 2021 and increased cat adoptions by 80% in 2021 compared to the previous year.
